Strapless dress is not for women with big breasts? Think again! Coincidentally all of them have hourglass figure except Oprah Winfrey. 4. On days I feel like not eyeing for attention, I go for modest outfit and trick the observer’s eyes into looking elsewhere other than my breasts.
